Data controller
The controller of personal data on this site is VidiStock. Address: Osmangazi Mh. Atayolu Cd. No:16 Sancaktepe / Istanbul, Türkiye. Email: [email protected].
What data we collect
You do not need to provide any information to browse the site. Personal data is processed in the following cases:
- When you fill in the demo request form: your name, your company's name, your email address and, optionally, your phone number, the ERP you use and the message you write.
- When you visit the site: your IP address and the technical information sent by your browser are processed briefly on our servers and by our infrastructure provider so that the site can be delivered to you securely.
- When you visit the site, through Google Analytics: which pages you view and for how long, where you came from (for example a search engine), your device and browser type, screen size and approximate location (country, city). This information is collected with cookies placed in your browser.
What we use the data for
- Your form details are used only to respond to your demo request and to communicate with you about it.
- Your IP address is used to prevent abuse of the form (limiting many submissions from the same address in a short time).
- Google Analytics data is used as aggregate statistics to see which pages of the site attract interest and how the site is used, and to improve it.
- Your data is not added to marketing lists, sold or used for advertising.
Data transfers
Your form details are sent by email to the VidiStock team only; they are not stored in a database on the site. Site traffic passes through our content delivery network provider, Cloudflare, for speed and security; technical connection data (such as the IP address) may therefore also be processed on Cloudflare's servers outside Türkiye. Visit statistics are collected with the Google Analytics service and processed on Google's servers outside Türkiye (including the United States). Your data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visit statistics. Google Analytics places cookies starting with _ga and _ga_ in your browser; they carry a random identifier to tell your visits apart and are kept for up to two years. This information is not linked to your name or email address. No advertising cookies are used.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; to turn off Google Analytics measurement on all sites, you can use Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site keeps working normally.
Values you enter into the calculators in the Tools section are processed only in your browser; they are not sent to Google Analytics or to us. On these pages only the page view is measured.
Fonts are loaded from the site itself. The documentation pages store your chosen appearance preference in your own browser only; this information is not sent to us.
Retention
Information from your demo request is kept until your request is concluded and afterwards only for as long as legal obligations require. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage

Data in the application
This page covers the vidistock.com marketing site. The business data you upload to the VidiStock application (products, sales, stock) is protected separately: in the cloud each company's data is kept in a separate database, and for companies that do not want their data to leave their premises the application can be installed on their own servers. Processing of data in the application is governed by the agreement with the customer.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your application, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
