Quick start

These steps let you try the application on sample data before loading your own.

1. Create an account

On the sign-in screen, follow Kayıt olun (Sign up) and enter your company name, your name, email address and a password. The first user to sign up is the company administrator.

2. Load the sample data

On Yönetim → İçe Aktarma (Administration → Import), press Örnek veri yükle (Load sample data). This creates 24 products, three years of daily sales, three warehouses, three suppliers and a customer breakdown. If you loaded the sample data with an earlier version, Örnek veriyi yenile (Refresh sample data) replaces it with the current version without touching your own data.

3. Run the forecast

On Gösterge Paneli (Dashboard), press Tahmini çalıştır (Run forecast). When the run finishes the tiles fill in: products at risk of stockout, pending order suggestions, overstock and forecast error.

4. Look at the results

Sipariş Önerileri (Order suggestions): products that need ordering. Click Detay on a row to see the calculation steps.
Ürünler (Products) → a product: sales history, forecast and confidence interval chart.
Stok Transferleri (Stock transfers) → suggestions: products in surplus in one warehouse and short in another.
The Analiz (Analysis) menu: ABC/XYZ, stock financials, turnover.
