DİA is a cloud ERP; its database cannot be accessed directly. VidiStock therefore reads DİA through its web service and performs the same forecasting and planning calculations with your DİA data.

Which data is read from DİA?

Data DİA web service
Stock cards scf_stokkart_listele
Sales and returns (invoice or delivery note lines; day, warehouse, account) scf_fatura_listele_ayrintili, scf_irsaliye_listele_ayrintili
Orders (with warehouse) scf_siparis_listele_ayrintili
Inter-warehouse transfers Not read in this version; uploaded with the transfers file
Firm, period, branch and warehouse structure sis_yetkili_firma_donem_sube_depo

Setup

  1. In DİA, create a separate user for the web service. Someone working in DİA with the same user may be logged out.
  2. In VidiStock, on Administration → Integrations, choose DİA and generate a connector key.
  3. Install the VidiStock Connector on a Windows computer with internet access.
  4. Enter the DİA server code, web service user, API key and firm code, then test the connection.
  5. Set the sales source (invoice or delivery note) and the warehouse mapping; choose a once-a-day schedule.

What is calculated from DİA data?

  • Demand forecast per product and warehouse and the forecast error.
  • Safety stock, reorder point and order suggestion.
  • Customer concentration: products whose sales depend on one or a few customers; the stock left over if that customer stops buying.

Good to know

  • The connection is in beta.
  • Because cost and price do not come from DİA, product costs must be entered in VidiStock separately for stock value, order value and economic order quantity.
  • Product attributes (brand, sales channel) are not read from DİA yet; load them by CSV.
