Subscription and plan
This page is for companies using VidiStock in the cloud. If you run the application on your own server there is no subscription, plan limit or warning.
Viewing your subscription
Section titled “Viewing your subscription”An administrator sees the following in the Subscription section at the top of Administration → Settings:
- Your plan and its status (trial / active) and the period end
- Your number of users, active products and warehouses, and the maximum your plan allows
- Your invoices and their status (pending, overdue, paid), with the PDF if one is available
Contact us to change your plan or renew. Invoices are not issued or paid in the application; only their record is shown here.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”When a limit is reached, new users, products or warehouses cannot be added manually; the application tells you why.
- Active users and pending invitations count towards the user limit. Making a user inactive frees a place.
- Only active products count towards the product limit.
- CSV import and ERP sync do not stop at the limit. If a limit is exceeded a warning appears in the Subscription section; contact us to upgrade your plan.
- If your plan does not include ERP integration, the Integrations page is shown as unavailable; you can load your data from CSV files.
When the period ends
Section titled “When the period ends”Starting 14 days before the end, and after it, administrators see a warning strip at the top of the page. The application is not restricted and your data is not deleted; contact us about renewal to avoid an interruption.
