Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”I forgot my password. What should I do? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page; you receive a reset link valid for 60 minutes. If email is not configured on your installation, your company’s administrator resets your password under Settings → Users. Details: Passwords.
Why have the suggestions not changed? Suggestions belong to the latest forecast run. After changing stock, a product card or a setting, run the forecast again from the dashboard.
I uploaded the same file twice; is the data doubled? No. When the same product, warehouse and day are uploaded again, the value in the file replaces the old one.
Is a new product forecast? For a product with very short history a simple average is used and the error may not be measurable. For a product with no sales at all, the forecast is zero.
Why is there no plan for a product in one warehouse? If the product has no sales and no stock in that warehouse, no per-warehouse forecast is produced.
Why is return on inventory empty? No selling price is entered on the product card.
Why is customer concentration “unknown”? The sales data has no customer codes, or the forecast was not run again after the customer data was loaded.
Known limitations
Section titled “Known limitations”- It does not send orders. It produces a list of suggestions that can be exported to Excel.
- ERP connectors are in beta. The Netsis, Logo, Mikro and DİA connectors are still being validated on real installations. Connectors are read-only.
- Excel (.xlsx) files cannot be uploaded directly. Save them as CSV.
- Promotions and holidays are not modelled separately. Recurring seasonality is captured; “there is a promotion next month” cannot be taken into account.
- Lost sales are not corrected. Low sales in out-of-stock periods pull the forecast down.
- Lead time and ordering terms do not vary by warehouse.
- There is no production planning. Bills of materials, capacity and work orders are out of scope.
- There is no mobile app and no PDF reporting. It runs in the browser; tables export to Excel.
- The interface is available in Turkish and English only. Each user picks their own language.
